Corner Market Code of Conduct
Corner Market is a privately owned property. Please help us maintain a safe and enjoyable family-friendly environment. Property Management requests that all tenants, employees and guests follow the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all people. Those who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave the property.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Loitering, loud or boisterous behavior including loud music, shouting, amplified noise, intoxication, vulgar language or profanity, or any activity that threatens the safety or quiet enjoyment of guests
- Carrying or consuming alcoholic beverages
- Appearance of or being in an intoxicated condition as a result of ingestion of any substance
- Smoking or vaping, including electronic cigarettes
- Improper attire or clothing with profanity or offensive graphics/words that disrupt a family-oriented environment (shirts and shoes must be worn)
- The use of skateboards, roller skates/rollerblades, scooters or hoverboards
- Soliciting of any kind either verbally, by handbill or by any method not pre-approved by the Shopping Center management office
- Violations of the local, state or federal law
- Illegal or unauthorized weapons
- Climbing or standing on furniture, walls or trees
- Activities that destroy, damage or deface property
Property policies include:
- Dispose of all trash in designated areas
- Bicycles must be stored and secured in designated bike racks
- No moving of common area furniture
- No storage of vehicles, boats, trailers, etc.
- Adhere to signed parking restrictions: violators are subject to enforcement and penalty
The following items require prior Property Management approval:
- Photography or video recording for commercial use
- Drone operations
- Special events/promotions
- Signage installed in common areas
- No animals except for leashed dogs, cats and service animals are permitted. Pets must always be under the control of the owner. Owners must clean up after pets and dispose of waste in trash receptacles
